Features that stand out when handling customers:

- Each customer can have unlimited contacts, of multiple, user-definable types
- Each customer can have unlimited addresses, of multiple, user-definable types
- Customers can be marked tax-exempt
- Notes, time-stamped and tracked per creator, can be stored for contact management
- Customers can be assigned to a user-defined credit rule, such as "no credit", "has credit", or "credit hold"
- Credit limits can be assigned and tracked through time
- Collection reports can be segmented out by credit rule
