# People

It's not 2050 yet: we still employee people, not robots. Treat them right by making tracking their time easy. Simplify your information flow by getting this data all in one place.

- Track clock-in and clock-out inside Alox. Users are unlimited, so add your whole crew
- Define pay periods like "every 14 days starting on Monday October 4 2022"
- Employees can see their totals in real time
- Clock in uses a web cam or the camera on a phone to protect against "buddy-punches"
- Clocking in at a remote work site can be authenticated with GPS
- Graphical view of work periods for quick visual check against people who forgot to clock out overnight
- Quick reports like "Who's here?" and "First and last days for employees" answer some common HR questions
